今天第拾次的c.t, 上两星期booked的两点预约，今午一时十分出发（同样的道理）。约一点半到，走去OCHC之前“kap了kap” kopitiam的“后代”...那间西餐厅看来也没什么guest...ok，走去OCHC，看到医生在...不过有客人...

她叫AhMay来帮我绑脚，然后AhMay就进来...

（调整中）你等下啊，这个东西很紧，有时候很难弄...（mom and sista 在门口外看着我做）

拉远了，ok。

你睡上一点..（脸要配合卫生薄片纸的位置，这样比较卫生）

Then Yogesh进来又帮我调...

Wake up and move down abit..（她把薄纸移下配合我，因为刚才薄纸对我来说太过上了..这样脚才能够配合脚截的位置 *只因我的高度有限）

调好后，开始。

脚不用绑起来啊？（她们没为我绑上）

AhMay就问Yogesh说...

结果最后Yogesh帮我绑了...期间一直调整调整...她又一直问我会否觉得太过strengthen，我说都ok。然后她又觉得绑脚的带有点紧，再调过把它弄松（其实我一点也不觉得紧），一直问我ok不ok，我直点头说ok。终于搞掂了！我就在里面“享受”摇上摇下的。差不多十分钟要到的前一分钟，Yogesh就进来等待...“ok，finished”。停止了，她就为我脱开带。医生还有顾客，我就坐在外面发呆骚地等待，跟妈妈说了一声看到门外贴着的字条通告，写着：

20/9-21/9 Closed

30/9 Open

1/10-6/10 Closed

7/10 Open

等了有七八分钟...后，医生出来叫我...跟他走到NMES房做电疗。

还在假期吗？

要开学了。

（原本还想问他有去哪里玩的...又是“原本”，唉）

同样的两块东东，按压几下，贴electrodes，摆直双脚。

多久的时候？（我以为他要问什么时候开始这样和这个情况维持了几久，后想他应该是要知道什么时候发作一次）

我的头很自然地又往边侧...趴着弄疼我下巴不太舒服...也许是因为躺稍微低了点..*高度就是那么有限...

电疗期间，Doctor在旁边为一位男顾客做ultrasound。就这样听及它们之间的谈话..（英语交谈）...无意中就听到doctor说他stay in bandar utama..住在condo..之类的这些话。然后两个男人就在我旁边谈天说笑。（由于有*蓝布（就像医院病房里用来遮挡病人的“轮子布”）遮盖挡着）所以看不到对方。15mins，Yogesh came in and took apart all the things...ok, went outside waited for doctor again. 走到front desk去，听着妈妈，sista和ahmay聊天。医生出来，我又发呆酱。跟随他走到主房做指压。

先躺下..

开始。

（这次蛮快的，就普普通通和平时一样地指压上下左右...）

结束。

我下个礼拜不在...你再下个礼拜来...k..

（点头）就..十号..

mmhuh?! 十月..哎，对，十号...十号

礼拜六..星期六

出去穿鞋。穿好鞋的同时，走到桌前，ahmay也说医生下个星期不在...so，就再下个礼拜六。AhMay说gymball很好用，不只是我，mom and sis 也都可以用它来做运动。她叫我平时拜六礼拜得空就做...“下次几点？”ahmay问，我说三点，因为有补习。Doctor跟AhMay问起我的file，AhMay找不着，说可能就在他自己的房间，忘了拿。医生又进去找没...结果出来说不在。

我这里没有哦..桌上的不是她的。

（看来看去）可能一时放错了..

走去后面问Yogesh，

Did you see Goh's file? (p.s: Don't it sounds like "ghost's file"..?? LOL)

Yogesh走过来问ahmay我的号码

here..还是Yogesh在行，过来就找到了。（就放在一整大排files的柜子上方）

此时，doctor不断进出进出。

Tick了时间做预约，就10号3点。

我站在柜台前，由于当时脚的站姿不正（右脚钩去左边，就那么一点点）医生走过来时给他看到了..

脚不可以再这样站（蜻蜓式地轻拍我右脚）

结果我就站好。

（医生不时摸一摸点一点我的背部）

还有一次（医生和我不约而同地说）

医生又走过来，

她现在的情况有比较好了
她还需要再来，再调理，她现在有比较直（脊骨）了.. （又随着脊骨上下摸着我的背部说）
你要站直，两只脚要用平均的力...

就是讲你咯！（同时妈妈将我歪斜的身体“摆”直）

可是我酱站（两只脚同时平均地施力）就会感觉我身体歪一边..这边（右骨盆）一边高...

因为你长短脚（又摆了高低的手势）..不过还是得站直站好。
可以加多一片鞋垫..（其一较短的一边）

neh，我现在穿的也有加啊！

平时外面市场普通的鞋店都可以叫他们放多一片..

随后又有customer，医生就走开了。

医生经过的时候，我当时又站不好（刚刚的小不良姿势），就立刻站直，以免又给医生看到走过来“训”我就不好咯！呵呵！！

你现在站的时候有比较直了噜..

（点头）起初我看你来的时候身体这样（倾斜她的肩膀）歪一边..现在比较好了噜..

（我本人就是很会怀疑人家说我好转，就之前goodarch拍照那边的gorgor说我看起来有好转的时候，我一点也不觉得，最后他还画出来分析给我听呢..我才勉强地说看得出...可能就是觉得自己有问题，就算好转自己也不觉得吧）（这时的“旁观者清”我才认同！）

你过后还要照X-ray..看看有没有好一点，直回一点...

（点头）再看下结果怎样，医生会跟你讲什么时候的..不过没有酱快啦，可能半年，一年后酱...
不过通常医生一看一摸你他就知道了的...

两点三，我们过后继续shop...看了一些很美的dresses。上了一趟厕所，妈妈说她在外面等我（我最慢）..结果出来不见人影，刚好bag是我拿着，sista的手机在里面...我只好打回家壮胆。走了一圈半，原来她们就在隔壁再隔壁的正直屋买东西，一开始我就绕错方向！！！！！Shopped了一阵，两点九---回家。

Off to the curve e@ Curve or formerly known as cineleisure damansara as sista and i had booked 2 tickets for watching "Where Got Ghost" of cathay cineplexes five days ago. Finally mama said she wanna follow us...and so we booked the tickets again in morning. The seat had almost fulled, fortunately there's still a seat beside us. Hehe! 11am out from house, kimgary at curve for taking a morning tea or lunch. Kim card been used also. Took tickets at 1230pm in the express line, not given the seats we booked 'caused we'd mistaken that the tickets can be taken within an hour the show start...but actually is before an hour the show start, and so the seat is available and has been bought by the other two persons. But we still have nice seats there, while that's means we were now buying the tickets but not by online booking thus no need to pay booking fees and cost us rm18 only...rm2 is saved, hahaa! The show was ended at 3pm, it quite scaring us at a moment but it consider to more on comedy. We then shopped awhile about 30 mins more there to ikano and back to curve again...have bought big apple's half dozen of donuts. Headed home at 4pm.

20092009 20:09 Once in a life

Had been discussed 'bout quattro club@ avenue k or shabu one steamboat buffet@ lot 10 for tomorrow...Finally the former been chosen. It's my birthday + gathering with wxin n jyou at klcc n avenue k. I'd indulged in the ambience of quattro club before as I said the first choice will goes to summer restaurant...Moreover there's a promotion of lunch time and yet, it's the most suitable for taking meal there. Finally..finally I enjoyed my birthday eating and gathering at such classy place. Wow, excited. Dropped down at klcc station by lrt at 11 sth...Straightaway went to avenue k with wxin and jyou and we walked around there. There has no much of shops been opened but the place is also consider as a pricey shopping centre. When the promotion time reached(12-3pm)...we went in and started our ordering...we spent our time there for two hours and have taken kinda lot of photos there...one of the staffs there saw us were phototaking non-stop...and he then suggested to open the winter bar purposely for us to take photo there as he said that the place is nicer...how I wonder! Why not, followed him up to the bar then...He asked me that whether I'm Malaysian and absolutely I answered him that "yesss"...and he said that he thought I'm from china...lol, "nooooo"..I'm not. Oh, btw..during the period we having our lunch, there was just one table of guests...which is ours. Seems like we'd booked the whole restaurant. xD Well, pictures will be better to do the talking here...

I asked the staff take for us and he said that "can't see".."nevermind lah, just take..".."you sure ahh"...LOL

Spent some times in klcc and finally I'd bought 3 hairbands...one for sista, two for myself. ;P...Wxin has bought two for herself too. 3 sth going to 4...we decided to go home. Again after dropped down from train..waited for bus coming...40 mins there as what I'd prepared for waiting as sun and also a hari raya day, the frequency of bus appearing will become lesser. My right sided leg was numbness deng! I should tell my doctor next time. Mama said I cannot eat any b'day cakes for this year and so the birthday celebration will definitely be more simple.Anyway, thanks for those who had sent a message for me! And thanks for wxin and jyou for treating me in summer restaurant. Hope we still have such gathering next time! Thanks!!

p/s: hari raya is out of my matter, not my business heh!

Papa is working today due to hari raya public holiday. So, we have no neither family outing nor shopping. Stayed at home as modem DSL light has some problems and lead to no internet life for two days(yesterday and today). Played game with sista and bro to pass the time instead of doing nothing at home...Billionaire and china chess....Last but not least, today is the Day of Peace if I'm not mistaken.
