SHOUT-OUT-LOUDLY : Viva La Vida: 1st c.t of new option / 12nd c.t.

Today is still the school holiday for deepavali. Remembered that saturday I'd canceled the app and shift to 19th of oct and so, today is the first chiro. treatment of the new second option. Woke up at 10 morning..have a bathe at 10 sth. One twenty-fifth went for cheque bank-in. And after then, straightaway off to sri hartamas. It's still early as sat I had booked for two-thirty pm. Reached OCHC at 2pm..doctor was inside but there're still have another customer so I have to wait for a moment.

有人吗？（指顾客）

有..有（点头）...先坐着...

Then I continued my tweets updating by using papa's iPhone.

Mom and Yogesh were chatting 'bout KS as Yogesh was asking 'bout him. Mama said KS is form one now.

Minutes later.

Come, traction..Goh...

Okay... （拖了一下 as I'm updating my tweet）

Banyak busy cakap there...（I smiled..not talking but is playing..heheh）

进了房间...开始绑起脚...

Pendak lah dia...（Yogesh又在调整高低的过程轻拍我..妈妈站在门口外面嘻笑呢）

Tight or not?

No... （是可以再紧一点的）

一切弄好后，started. 一会儿doctor came in...

Okay..（轻按一下腰背下方--和往常一般）

10 mintues..done. 随后医生进来为我揭开带。

Okay, 可以起来了。

起来后...

去第二房间的右边（用手打个“右边”的指示对我说），去右边等。

Aiyoh, 又是右边...好像近来每次拜一来的时候都是左边有人，我就得在右边。通常右边都是供给做ultrasound的..but都一样，只是床我比较不喜欢..这是我第二次在右边...

在里面床边等了一会儿，看了看electrodes的facilities，还想“偷窥”隔壁的呢！嘻！

医生来了，

先趴下。

今天有上课吗?（准备趴下的同时）

我摇头..（已经趴下了）

今天.. .. ..？（可能是他没看见我摇头结果又再问）

Huh??! （我以为他讲别的）

今天有上课吗？

没有。（他问的瞬间就回答他）

在还没掀起衣服贴好electrodes之前，doctor摆好我的双脚，顺道按压几下背部。一切弄妥后哦，started...随后铺上heat pack。

期间，隔壁左边的NMES提示声响，我隐约能看见doctor进来..看了看我这边，然后转向隔壁为那位女customer拆开electrodes。我当时很想看看医生到底是如何拆的（其实是想知道是怎么样的一个情况，然后就可以知道他平时是怎样帮我拆的）。心想还是不要好了，免得他们忽然间看过来，怪不好意思的。期间，我把双手垫上来，因为那table较宽，手若是放在外面就会觉得不太舒服。一时用力，就被贴在靠近scapula的electrodes"sot"到..oppss，beh sai乱动eh。

15 minutes, done. Yogesh进来帮我拆下。

Where is your sis?

She got class..

Huh?!..Started her class already?

Yeah.

No.. (Shaked my head)

Oh, got holiday... How long is your holiday?

Last day for today..

Ahh..hahaa...Gonna start your school tomorrow...

拆着的同时交谈，交谈的同时拆完。

Have taken out ahh?（指着我颈上的cyst说）

走出counter看一看appointment record book.

Yea lah, belum makan lagi..nanti bawa mereka pergi lunch.

坐下来等等..问了Yogesh一些关于她deepavali的off days，结果她反说我今天有holiday多好，她却已经开工了。我本想回她说"No no..today is holiday but still got a replacement on this saturday."才想要开口，doctor就出来了。算了，不讲。

Okay, you can go for adjustment...

一脸无奈的样子站起来，随着医生走进房间。

You macam banyak takut saje?!（酱的表情也会给她“逮”到？Where got heh?! I didn't feel panic at all lah..how come?!）Blueakk，不要理她。

Doctor出去一下下，came in...

来，趴下。

Mom came in at the same time.

她有进展吗？有进步吗？

有啊有啊！有进步了..她以前看到很歪，现在没有这么歪了。不过还是呀要继续看，这样才能好。（所谓的“好”是指看到阻止恶化的情况见效，并不是所谓的真正能好起来）。

听她（指我）讲你（指医生）讲有比较好，就继续给她做下去...才会好一点。

唔...

Doctor写着my report file的同时...我正准备趴下的同时...

脚还有痹吗？(I nodded my head)（Mom的表情好像是要我记得和医生讲）

背后也没那么凸了..（轻按着我的背部）

Doctor抓好我的双脚时...

长短脚..（停顿了一会儿）还是有哦...（我就知道..所以说上次应该是“还是那么”而不是“没那么”）

来，躺（趴）好。脚还有痹吗？

吸气..吐气..（吐气的瞬间就指压了下去）

最近这几次施压得比较用力，我不知觉地"arrggg"了几声。紧蹦的身子让医生感觉出来...

放松..

下个星期...几时来？

她可以迟一两个礼拜来吗？

一两个礼拜？不要（隔）太久...

有时候没有空..下个月要考试了哦..她要在家温习读书..

我知道...但是不要（隔）太久...（当时我已起身坐在adjustment table上，听着他们交谈）

她有时没有空...

一次也不会很久啊..（means来做一次ct也不会花上我太多的时间，反倒是不能相隔太久，会不太好）

[我原本还以为他要说这整个option也不会牵涉很久，快做可以早点完成]

我本来还想问说能否一个月来一次的（For Nov only as it's during my exam weeks），应该no problem吧？！But看情况就知道不行的啦！甭问了。

是咯，我知道...不过有时她很懒得来，来又要时间，要在家读书..懒得出门。

懒出门..（很明白地笑说）（还是那句）不要（隔）太久..

走去counter前还在hesitating next appmt should be on the coming sat(24/10) or the next mon(26/10)..Finally, after discussing with mama, we chose Monday..2:30pm as usual. Will come over here after school. (Papa picking from school definitely! Can have more time to prepare at home before off to OCHC ; ))

As today was the first time beginning with the new option, Yogesh was recording sth on my record file..while doctor was standing beside her...

The second payment..（Doctor对Yogesh说）

errmmm，几次？（I asked him）

十加一（理所当然地跟我说）

（10 times ct + 1 free..this is the option we chose, same as the last time one）（Actually I knew that..but I just wonder what he'll say..might ask me to choose 1st or 2nd option. But I think he will know that we will choose for the 1st option one. Fortunately he didn't say the 3rd option he offered among the three options there..its the most expensive one as it provided more times of treatments and more free of treatments..and, of course it's the most worth also after divided into each treatment cost...But I think I do not need too much of treatments as I don't have the time to do it in continuously..a big burden also, heh。。。lei zap dou loh, Doctor Michael Lee..Hahaa）

Payment by credit card done. Get another hand writing of cash payment receipt from Yogesh as papa can claim back from income tax in next year.

Yogesh gave me one and a half of her self-made muruku..I took half of it and gave back to her...

在“纠缠”于收条的当儿..在里面待了一会儿..不时看到doctor进出进出（房间与偏厅--reception/counter，并不是OCHC门外）

处理完毕，bye! 就到楼下的Kimgary品食。吃完，到bank去做banking。不久，回家。来到our housing area，阿爸特意兜上山去，带我们饶一饶靠近Bukit Permata住宅区那边参观新建的住家屋...damn nice!!现今新建的排屋，没有三层楼都有两层半。十分钟多，转回半山下来，回家噜！约五点到家。
