Today mom decided for making a dessert...guess what?! It's the one we usually having it during a festival. But hey, what's wrong with making it in normal day? Hahaaaaaaaaa..yeah, it's dumplings, made by glutinous rices..sweet sweet dumplings! We tried it in a new flavour which we've never made it before. Mango flavour!! Here's the pictures to show out...
We didn't put much of mango juice on it..that's why the colour seems not too obviously.
I tried a the bigger one with chocolate inside ; P
After hands rubbed, prepared to boil it untill cooked. P.S: The colour looks nicer now.
After it have been cooked, put it into cool water..for maintaining the elasticity. Does it looks like longan fruits that we used to drink?（汤圆汤圆水中游）
After then, boiled it again with the soup for 10 minutes more..and you can start to serve yourself! Chewwwy : ) (Normally we'll put the brown sugar as soup..yumyum!)
With dark chocolate inside..
